Meditate or Die

We’ve all been lied to about meditation. Popular culture intentionally warped our perceptions, handing us false beliefs about what it is, what it does, and why we should be doing it. All illusion.
Meditation is not a hobby. It’s not something you do when you have the time. It’s not stress relief or a cure for anxiety. It’s not meant to help you sleep, and it’s certainly not a practice reserved for monks sitting on the top of a mountain. All these things can be true, but they’re not what meditation IS.
Meditation is just as important as breathing, eating, or sleeping. It’s something that humans NEED to do, daily. Without it, we cannot call ourselves a fully functioning human being. Meditation is one of the only ways to calm the ego enough to hear the voice of our own Higher Selves; one of the only ways to hear the messaging of our Souls, which is constantly trying to push us to understand and complete our Earth mission.
Meditation is speaking with yourself. Not your false ego self consumed by fear, worry, and doubt. It’s how you speak to your Higher Self, the part of you that wants to live, love, and trust in the Divine plan. It wants to guide you through the fog of 3D reality so that you can avoid the pitfalls, ignore the distractions, and magically find yourself in the perfect place and time to receive your gifts.
If you don’t have that guidance, then you can only be led by your ego, a program of this Cube matrix that wants to see you sick, in anguish, in the misery of your own self imposed prison. The ego is a box, a box that will become your casket if you let it guide you to where it wants to go.
I understand that meditation can be “hard” to some. That ego program does not relinquish control so easily, but like any and all things, you will get out what you put into it. There was a time when Michael Jordan couldn’t make a layup. Tiger Woods couldn’t sink a putt. There was a time when Michael Jackson couldn’t hit a note and Hemingway couldn’t formulate a complete sentence. But they all practiced, they all got better, and they all became leaders in their field. You can do the same with meditation.
Set aside 5 minutes a day, no matter what. I mean it. No matter what. Focus only on turning off your ego for 5 minutes. That’s it. When you can do 5, do 10. When you can do 10, new dimensional frequencies open up to you and become your playground. Reality warps to your desires, baggage disappears, making your entire life easier, and a light shines from within you so powerfully that even the lower astral demons have to shade their eyes.
When you start to unlock your psychic potential and discover insights into people, situations, and the self that you never thought possible, I guarantee you that you won’t need an article to convince you to meditate. You will finally understand that it’s the same as breathing. It has to be done every day, or a part of you will die.
